Rang late afternoon and the heating engineer came first thing next day.
Excellent workmanship to get the central heating working quickly, and he was also a nice guy.
Harpers were efficient and on time which was very important as I was moving house.
They did so despite the problems with supply due to Brexit/Covid. Because of this I also got them to completely renovate the bathroom. This they did also on time.
I am very pleased with the work they have done and would recommend them.
First class from start to finish. When quoting, Neil Harper was very thorough and gave me sound, knowledgeable advice.
The boiler quote included replacement of other items necessary to give long term reliability. The whole team arrived as arranged, were polite and considerate, neat and tidy. The workmanship is, in my view perfect. Replacement water softener bypass valves were supplied and fitted but not charged for by Harpers - I didn’t even ask them to do so. They did a power-flush a few weeks later under a separate quote. Very highly recommended.
